- Downloaded thumbnail assets should be used in compliance with applicable Fair Use doctrines (such as commentary, criticism, news reporting, analysis, parody, or personal archival backup).
- You must not re-upload another creator’s thumbnail or assets as your own commercial work without proper authorization.

4. No Warranty
YTools Hub is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to maintain 100% uptime and up-to-date algorithmic compliance, we make no express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of generated suggestions, or specific performance gains on your YouTube channel.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall YTools Hub, its developers, or its contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including changes in YouTube’s third-party CDN endpoints or ranking algorithms.
6. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to improve, modify, or temporarily suspend any feature of YTools Hub at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
